The assault resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
